Return not processed

Takealot return MRRN-8RYK4-85ZR was collected on 03 June 2021 and I am still awaiting my refund. Today at 09:30 I spoke with Hazel who advised my request was never updated as collected. On 04 June, I received the below email confirming it was collected and enroute to the warehouse. Please assist soonest!
