Return not noticed or fulfilled

Takealot were supposed to fetch RRN-DD27-FDD3 on Tuesday 12/02/19 but they never collected. I had to take a day off of work for the collection on Tuesday & due to the fact that the goods were not collected & this was not communicated in any manner to me, this has prejudiced me. I expect collection to be made at a date and TIME that is convenient for me as I have already been prejudiced by their services - yes this has not happened. Furthermore, I expect a manager to call me failing which, I will refer the matter to hello peter & social media - which still hasn't happened I am a loyal customer, but highly disappointed in this service. I sent that email with still no collection for 2 days. Do you care or am I just a number?
