Return not honoured - vague reason suggested

I return a product that was not satisfactory to me, the product was in perfect condition, yet Takealot decline my return and this was their reason: Unfortunately, your return has been declined due to specific criteria not being met in line with our Returns Policy. ?????????? This is unacceptable, I am always bragging that I am at least assured that if I do not like the product, I can get my credit back with Takealot. Well, it seem that this is not the case. will be closing my account and go somewhere else.
