so Im very confused whats going on here, ordered a Cellphone through takealot a LG g4 on reference number (***0) and after using the phone for a week, and seeing it freezing and behaving erratically where it stops responding after a certain time, I elected to return it (ref:RRN-c0a2-1f30) after a few days, I get a feedback after not hearing anything back for a few days, your return was rejected, why? I have litrally no clue, anyway, its supposed to be sent back to me, when? nobody can tell me, ok so I wait and today completly unexpecdatly, I recive a package back from them, I am deeply unhappy with the way this was handled and would like to understand what went wrong and why it went wrong.
