Return not collected on time

I submitted a return request on Thursday 17th and rescheduled a collection that was supposed to take place on Friday, for the 21st which was 2 days ago. The item will pass the 30 days return period tomorrow and no one has come to pick it up yet.

It's been three months since the Lockdown has been easied there's no excuse not to collect or deliver on time. Urgently collect my return and pay back the amount I bought the item for as I would like to purchase something else.
