Return nightmare, do not order at take a lot

I have purchased a Barn door rail system, and realised before we could even open that it will not work in our small bathroom, then we returned it without even opening the box, few days later I see on the system that the return was declines, I recieved no email stating why , I then sent an email to enquire, I was told the product was damaged ,even today I am waiting for the proof that it was damaged, there is no communication explaining that.

I then requsted a return for another product, it was collected on monday, very early in the morning, it is wednesday today and the product reflect as return scheduled.

I have been a loyal costomer for sometime, and even vouch for it to people who are scared to use it, suddenly they are offering a very bad service, even ****ming on returned products. Be warned and avoid take a lot
