Return my money ASAP

I started using their services in 2017 (referred by friend). Never had a problem with anything especially returns.

I purchased a pressure washer for industrial use. After some testing I realised its not up to scratch. Some I requested for return. The following day (8th Feb 2022) 2 gentleman arrived at my door step to collect the machine. I then received a text saying the process will take 2-3 days.

I decided to call the customer care (16th Feb 2022). I spoke to Zena who to my surprise didn't even know where the parcel was 🤔. She then assured me that I will get an update within 24 hours.

2 days later (18th Feb 2022) no update what so ever 😠. I decided to call the customer care again, this time speaking to Mariska and she also can't confirm if the parcel is lost or ****** or... She then sends me an email saying she's going to escalate it (AGAIN). I demand to speak to a supervisor or manager and she tells me I'll be contacted.

As I write this review it's 2 days later and nothing has been done. All I want is my money back. I'll never purchase anything from your company again. RETURN MY MONEY ASAP
