RETURN: MRRN-O6BDD-XWQM - #***8

I am so dissappointed in Takealot. I have been ordering from them for over 5 years, every 2nd month religiously. I bought a standing mirror for R1000. I returned that mirror coz there was no wheels no rack no nails to fix those stuff as advertised. Only the mirror and two crutches that i dunno what to do with that seeing that the other fixtures arent with as advertised. I returned the mirror and they decline the return. Why i do not know, coz they didnt send me a reason or an email, I just saw now on my account that it is declined and its concluded. This is so wrong and so unprofessional of Takealot. Its seems like I have been ****med by you.

Would you have rather i had said nothing and you not take responsibility for what I purchased and what you sent me? I went on leave for two weeks after i bought the mirror and upon my return, inspecting and reviewing the mirror my account to see how it should look, I saw all these fixtures is missing and note I am within my time limit of return. Never before have I had a return done to takealot. I am very dissappointed and frustrated with how this is handled. Up until this moment i have not received the mirror i purchased, nor the mirror i sent back, nor the money i paid. This is a very bad start to the year of our relationship Takelot. I am awaiting communication urgently.
