RETURN MISSING, MONEY ******, POOR SERVICE

Ordered an item, got the wrong item. Then logged a return

The guy showed up, I didnt hear him, he phoned once and left.. eventhough I phoned him back immediately, he just didnt answer. He then rescheduled the return for the next day. HOWEVER, later the afternoon he DID show up again and collected the item.

The next day, someone was there again to collect. I told them that its already been collected.. they proceeded to reschedule the collection for the next day... so again the next day someone wanted to collect.

I contacted takealot and explained. They then told me that they need to confirm with the warehouse.. I waited a day, no feedback.. followed up.. same response Then I followed up again. Gave them the person who collected's details and time collected and all.. got generic answer..

Followed up again And again..

In week 2 now after logging return and item being collected and still no feedback, correct item, refund, ANYTHING.
