Return logging disappears

Referring specifically to their fault logging when there is something amiss with a product: their return logging disappears after a few minutes. The client then assumes this went through because it shows as logged, but this is a ****, because it disappeared. ALWAYS take a picture of your return log. This is the 2nd time that I have had this experience.
