Return Logged | RRN-5***

I received my package in a few days after my payment but to my surprise the mic doesn't work thus I am highly disappointed. I have logged a complaint on the website but just got an email that my issue will be resolved but its taking longer than the delivery nothing is being communicated with me. I want my money back and I will take the package back to the pickup point as instructed but I haven't heard anything from takealot.com since.
