Return logged

I logged a return on 28/12/2018 with reference number RRN-4926-39FA I queried the return via Facebook on 08/01/2018 - that already being 11 days after the ref number was received. It is now 12/02/2018 - that being now 6 weeks later and I still do not have my notebook back. I have not heard from TakeALot - received no emails or sms's on the status. I am not able to do my work properly and keep having to use computers elsewhere to do my admin. I feel that after 6 weeks I would like a refund because clearly no real effort is being made by Take A Lot to resolve my issue.
