Return kept & not credited

I ordered an iPhone cover & an iPad cover. When I received the items both did not fit correctly so I returned the items. The iPhone cover was credited immediately however the iPad cover took a week to review and then I was emailed to say they have completed their review process and have concluded there is nothing wrong with the cover and it will be delivered back to me. I emailed straight away to say I did not want the item as it covers the camera at the back and if they sent it back I would send them photos to show them however is there not a way I could exchange this product under a different cause such as ‘I changed my mind’ as I did not want the item as it didn’t fit my iPad correctly. No response was ever given back to me or the iPad cover sent back. They have not responded to various emails I’ve sent following up or fb messenger messages. They have kept the R400 of the IPad cover cost & taken the iPad cover back with no return. This is plain theft!
