return item to be replaced for new one - broken deliver - more than 30 days , no word

I return a player for return to Takealot on the 5 January, after I purchase it for a Christmas present. It today the 6th of February and to date I haven't received any feedback from them on the replacement of the item. The website doesn't have any contact details on the phone to find out what happened with the item and not detail is reflecting on the website except to say you return the items.

I was wondering, are they replacing the broken item or are they refunding me.
