Return item not refunded yet / No support from email and call centre

Hi,

I bought a TV on TakeAlot and logged a return the following day, because I bought an incorrect one. They came to collect it but no email receipt were sent to me at all and all the Takealot numbers/email addresses are unavailable.

I would like to speak to someone to find out when I will get refunded!! This is the first time I am having such a poor service from takealot (I have been a regular buyer for the last 3 years)
