Return item gone missing 😡

I bought a kettle and accessories from Take a lot.com. When parcel got delivered the kettle was full of scratches and then I decided to send it back with accessories as it was costly. I put both boxes the kettle and the accessories on top of each other. And wrap it with cling wrap. There Driver came to pick up the parcels and then I waited for feedback about my refund. I was inform via email that the the kettle is there and rest missing. I was in total shocked as I return all the items. Got home today and my damage kettle send back to without accessories as they didn’t receive it. How can it be my problem if they lost my things. I am so angry. Will not buy anything from them again. Please be careful when returning your stuff. Make sure you have pictures of the return. As I feel so bad they making me out to be the thieve. Whoever stole the accessories can gladly have the kettle too. Never been so disappointed in a company. Check out your delivery guys. Hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
