Return issue and no means of reaching Takealot telephonically

There is no way to get in contact with takealot other than submitting a query through their contact us message service whilst they will apparently be in contact via email. I returned 2 monitors with all accesories and the status says awaiting missing assessories. Can takealot please get back to me!! I want to know what happened to the return and I am awaiting my credit. There is no customer service!!! And if you have a process of communicating, then please do so as per your process as no one has contacted me yet.
