Return Horror

I bought a popcorn machine for business I received the delivery on 14 June 2019 few days one door broke it's made of plastic i think it broke due to the heat from the pot. I knew if had returned it they would decline. By 9 July 2019 the machine stopped working I then returned it for repairs. Their response was shocking not considering how long the machine was at my disposal. Their response below.

We regret to inform you, however, that we cannot proceed with your request to return this item due to the following reason(s):

The item is used. The item looks terrible,its dirty and the doors edges is broken off by force. The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section 3

damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product, will be declined. There is visible user damage to your item which voids the warranty
