Return hassles

We just had a horrible experience with takealot. My husband ordered two VR glasses from them. The one lense was scratched and we returned it to them. We have been dealing with takealot for three weeks and the same item gets delivered back to us. I get very upset when I see a takealot driver at my home yet to find the same item. I am so furious we spending money to get such **** service.
