Return Goods

i booked my Russell hobbs blender to repair / replace via take alot sinve 28 Dec 2021 Jan 2022 i received quote which i declined. i have been waiting for the blender to be returned to me since beginning of Jan i have not received it. i called beginning of Feb spoke to Nadia, which she did a follow up and she send me an email to say it will be delivered on the 7 th Feb but still have not received it back
