Return Gone Wrong!

I am having a problem with TakeALot regarding a return I made The product/phone was returned on the 3rd of June with a request for refund because it was no longer performing to my satisfaction. Instead of refund, they decided to repair and return it back to me which I gladly obliged to, but issues came with the delays in getting the product back. I would follow up every day about it with no commitments as to when they will return the phone for usage and my life was a mess as I was completely phone less. Weeks went by and I informed them I no longer will accept it and that I need my refund. I told them If they insist to send the phone back to me I wouldn't accept it as I had eventually bought a new device. 19th July they send a courier to deliver the device at my house and I rejected it. But was was even more surprising was that on the 16th July they updated their site that the return was concluded. How is a return concluded if I don't have the phone nor the refund? I questioned it and was given a non-satisfactory reason. After rejecting the device, they kept quite and 2 days later I send them an email of an update because I wanted my refund. I was then told matter was not handled by management and that they will revert. As I was still waiting for correspondence, 22 July they create another return on my account (which also raised an eyebrow because someone there can do whatever they want on my account without my authorisation). The return this time was for the product to be returned to one of their pick-up point. Confused, I sent an email asking what's happening, who must take the device to their pick-up point and there was no response to my emails anymore. The phone I bought was a Huawei Nova 11i priced at R5695 and it was delivered 1 November 2023. When returned it was still under warranty and could still be returned.

Please help as I need my refund. No one is willing to give me a number or email to their complaints centre as I need to speak to them on the phone to resolve it this matter.
