Return gone wrong

<p>I returned a suitcase that is still under garantee nearly 4 weeks ago and have received numerous generic responses (which only frustrate your customers by the way) and finally to be told that the supplier of the suitcase finds no fault with it.</p> <p>I have clearly explained what is wrong with the item (the rubber lining on the wheel has separated from the plastic wheel which casues it to drag and not roll like it should) and I have re-iterated this to the person dealing with my return.</p> <p>How many times must I explain this to your staff - how much time should I spend on this return before I start to see that your return system and 'smile guarantee' don't account for a waste of your customers time and in the end reduce this all to another unpleasant encounter, which eats away at all of the goodwill your delivery service builds up.</p> <p>I did not want to drag my suitacse for my 10 day holiday, I did not want go through the effort of returning it and I certainly didn't want to spend more time writing this report.</p> <p>I have asked that the suitcase be credited to my account so I can replace it - please assist with this request.</p>
