Return faulty laptop.

I returned my laptop on the 17th of March and it is now a week later without any information, the laptop is 6 months old still under warranty. I'm a student I need to have my laptop to complete my work on I'm relying on it. As a student, I cannot afford just to go and buy a new one.

I sent multiple emails of complaints and no response. I'm truly disappointed with the way they treat their customers.
