Return department a nightmare,worse service

I bought a lap desk on the 5/05/2021which was delivered on the 24/05/2021up to my dissatisfaction with the size I logged a return on the following day.25/05/2021.till this very day takealot is still coming to pick up the desk, I’ve been sent from one person to the other,each person giving a pickup date and yet no one picks up the desk.forever apologising and escalating the matter to relevant dept but no results.I’m sitting with a desk I can’t use..regrets regrets regrets
