Return declined falsely

I purchased war pods which i had requested a return on as I found it cheaper in a few days

My refund has been declined as I was told that the item was used

I did not use it! And im very upset as the person is just ignoring my complaint

I had requested a call to discuss further as I did not use the item!!!!!!
