RETURN DECLINED

I don't even want to give this **** company 1 star. bought 2 heater fans for the winter. when opened I saw that they don't have the normal protected sleeves on and one didn't have the little tie thingy on that keeps the cables nice and tidy. almost like it's been used already. but took them out, put them on to test them and realized they're way too small for my size house. so I put them back in the boxes and logged a return. now they declined my return because they're not in they're "original" packaging and I apparently "used" them... Takealot is a website that sells "made in China" **** that completely OVERPRICED and absolutely terrible quality. And don't even talk about the service cause it's NON EXISTING.

I will NEVER EVER buy from them again. NEVER!!!
