Return Declined and no reason given why

Bought an item for my boys to keep them entertained during weekends but was not happy with product and returned it as the performance and sound quality on most games graphics were poor and sound quality on most games were really bad. Sent goods back in original boxing and packaging even had the original Takealot box it came in sent back. MRRN-D5P9Y-AGD7 is the return reference. I made a noise as it took long to process my return and then when I logged in to check on progress all of a sudden I see it was declined. Product inspection wasn't even done. 2 minutes after it arrived at warehouse it qas declined. No email about the decline reason sent to me but this is what they said. Really pathetic service. I can't wait for Amazon to come destroy their business model when they atart operations in South Africa.
