<p>I purchased a Maxwell & Williams White Basics After Dinner Cup & Saucer from takealot on 11 May and i returned it due to the fact of it being to small to do anything so i returned it RRN-A420-923C, in its original packaging and everything, i have never opened it at all, i get an email today from Ashley Chomutare that my return was recieved broken during transit, why must i pay for the costs if your delivery company cant take care of the package and ensure that that the package is secure during delivery, this is unaccpetable customer service, i want this issue sorted out</p>
