Return declined

RRN-2c41-a4c8<br> <br> I bought this so-called Beach wrap, which was beautiful when I ordered it, but when I received it, it was a real China mall special, and the size is for Chinese people... not for South Africans. I logged the first return request on 15/12/2016. In the meantime I bought tent poles, which was also returned. Mr D collected the poles but never the Beach wrap. TAKEALOT then declined the request on 29/12/2015. On 19/02/2016, I cleared my cupboard and found the China mall product, and immediately logged another return request which was just declined with no reason. I then logged another return request on 23/02/2016, and again, the request was declined with no reason. I then phone, and expressed my frustration. The lady apologised and said she will check as this is a 3rd party vendor and if they will return the product, She said she will call me. The following day I received an email, declining the request again.<br> <br> This is terrible service and really not a pleasant experience. If I wanted a China Mall product, I would have bought one, but I really did not expect TAKEALOT to sell **** like this. <br> <br> I have been impress with you guys in the past, but this is unacceptable!!!
