Return: Damaged/faulty Hisense TV

I returned a TV that was faulty & it was returned back saying it failed evaluation. However, no one was in contact with me & the insects are from their warehouse as the tv was once before returned for the same reason. Takealot refuses to take ownership of the problem & fix the issue at hand. I'm actually disgusted by their service.
