Return damage item and 23 days later - no refund!

We bought a washing machine April 24 and it was damaged. We returned it and ask the Takealot delivery men to open the box and the machine was damaged again. They phoned Takealot and was told to return it and they did. It is now 23 days later with no machine, no communication and no refund! Horrible service and will never buy from them again, They take your money and if something is damaged, they go silence with your money!
