Return Concluded processed and nothing done.

I returned a product(Lenovo Tablet), in the original box but did not add the charger. The agent requested that they cannot process the return as not all the accessories is returned. Ok, I understand that, rep**** on mail that I do have it and a pickup was scheduled for the next Monday, waited the whole day, no-one came, that evening I received a mail stating that the return was concluded. I have not received the device back which is a couple of thousand of rand, and there is no way of contacting Takealot apart from a bot that is useless, and no-one responds on the mail. How do I get on a call with someone that can help?
