Return complaint

I purchased a 100ml Hugo Boss at takealot for R2300 collected in Kuilsriver on the 15/12/2025 started using it I think days later because obviously I still had a perfume when I purchased this one to my surprise when I started using it could tell it’s coming out very little bt didn’t really took note on the 3/12/2025 that is when I took note that there was either too little here or nothing at all return it on the 24/12/2025 on the 30/12/2025 I get a response that my return has been declined who is in their right mind uses a 100ml perfume within 5 days to top it all its not even a refill bottle. They claim to have sent me an email checked my mail box whole day no email from them Takealot is just poor and disgusting how can I lose so much money due to their negligence or factory fault the bottle was not broken nothing how the he’ll do they decline it and not send no communication as to why I’ve read the return policy so please I’m not even interested in hearing about that pathetic service here I need someone to contact me to return my money I want nothing to do with Takealot
