Return collection point problem

I have been having considerable trouble with a matter of a return. A replacement for the item in question was approved and made available for collection at their Cape Town warehouse collection point. The trouble is that I live in Johannesburg and had requested that it be made available at a collection point near me. My attempts to get this corrected have come to nothing. This is what I would have thought a simple matter to sort out, but all I have received is deafening silence. Suffice to say this has angered me intensely and destroyed all good will I had toward Takealot. Beware of Takealot. When their systems work, they work well, but when they don’t work the result is disastrous. I am now one very unhappy and very wary customer.
