Return /Collection Dismal Services

It is now officially a month since I logged a return from you people and I am honestly getting annoyed now spoke to so many people it's not funny and we always told that the courier company is going to collect but no one ever comes to collect.

This is really unacceptable to think that I recommended Takealot to my family cause to deliver you're quick to but when it comes to your collection services it is really dismal to stay.

I don't know if its Fastway or Skynet that's meant to collect but I want answers
