Return collection disaster

I bought a whiteboard full of scratches and bumps from takealot. I logged a return at takealot. They have attempted to collect the item 5 times, everytime, the vehicle is too small. First it was a polo, then a tuktuk, then a s******, then a small bakkie and a small bakkie again. I have tried everything, I called them, and even sent a message from a drivers phone. Nothing works, they always send a vehicle that is too small to collect the vehicle. It is ridiculous
