Return collection

I ordered,they delivered the wrong parcel i return it they scheduled for 09 October 2023.On that date they scheduled they collect it and i got a message from them they following day saying return collection scheduled for wednesday 11 October 2023.And the status haven't been updated that they came and collect the wrong parcel.
