Return ****

I submitted a return over the weekend wich was collected early monday morning however till todaye i havent received my credit or redund. Queried with Takealot and they dont seem to know what is happening, they claim the mayter hS been escalated but no updates are given to him. I get a sense of them not caring for their customers.
