Return cant be replaced(no stock) but avail on web

Good day,<br> <br> I bought 2x MP3 Players for my kids for their birthdays! My son's birthday was last week and he was SO happy about the MP3 player! I helped him to put music on the SD card that I also bought but when we used the player it did not work! I decided to test my daughter's player! Her birthday is by the way tomorrow! I returned both players and asked for replacements! I was informed that it can't replace for they do not have stock! I couldn't believe how it is possible that there is no stock but it's available on the website! After numerous frustrating phone calls from my side I was told that the supplier was changed this is the reason why there is stock on the web but they can't replace it for me I have to put in a new order! Somebody is lying for I remember the supplier I bought from and the one on the web currently is exactly the same! I spoke and send emails to a lot of people! One lady told me to place an order and when I did I owed R300 and not R10 as I have to pay more now for the new ones as I did when I bought it previously! Then they can't put my credit on and place the order AGAIN! So a little girl is going to wake up without a present! THANK YOU TAKEALOT!
