Return cancellation

I bought a product from Takealot, 2 days later I returned it as it was not suitable, I then followed up as to why it said status that return was rejected only to find out, the wrong reason was submitted? The reason for the return was submitted by the takealot dispatch centre, they then sent it back to me, it was again returned, I then see that it says it’s been rejected!? For what now? It’s been 2 weeks since I returned the goods and no one is dealing with my problem!
