Return cancelation

I bought a microwave, as I was taking it out of the box I saw that it had a big dent on top, I closed the box and logged a return. They fetched it on the 12th December. When I track the return it says concluded? I did not get my money or the product, it's been over 10 days... I can call them, when I send an email I get an automated reply....I've learned a lesson, I will never buy there again
