Return are a hassle via takealot, never buy online

They delivered a broken TV and non functioning TV on the 30th dec, dropped it off at my house without checking if it works, now they are refusing to take it back, they say I must contact Samsung which is the supplier, they are no longer involved. Samsung tells me they are gonna charge me to assess and repair the tv. So now I hv to fix a supposed new tv that takealot sold to me.
