Return and refund policy is a joke

"Hassle free returns" is a LIE. I had to fight to get my money back after sending back the item 2 weeks ago to STILL not get my money back. Don't sell your customers **** then deny them their money back. Now I'm stuck with a thing that doesn't even work. Sies. Shame on you.
