Return a item no collection

I had to return a ring I bought from Takelot because there was a gem missing. Somone from the returns team phoned me to collect the parcel. I came into work to especially to give the parcel to reception as I was on leave. I returned to work a week later and the parcel is still here and nobody has collected it. I phoned takealot returns and was cut off 3 times by some ****. Eventually a lady said she will log a call. Takealot service has gone downhill
