Because I’ve filed under the wrong option, they can’t do anything on their side but the tv stand does not meet my expectation. They’re not trying to resolve the problem, acting as is systems are robots and they can’t use common sense to resolve issues. Stand is returned back with after a very long time and the back age doesn’t look good and it’s very dirty. They can’t be telling me that it can’t be taken back because of the reason I chose. There must be something that can be done on their side to assist. How would I have known that the stand is not what I expected without opening it ?

I did not purchase the stand just to change my mind when it gets to me. I bought it so that I can use it.

I’m really disappointed with the outcome and I’m sure there’s a way they can resolve this, just that they don’t seem to be interested in solving the problem, all they can offer is giving you mediocre service and runarounds.
