I have returned my phone which I only had for 2 months and still waiting on my return. The service sucks as I have had no update as to when I will be getting it. First my account has been refunded then its no it was incorrect information given to me. Then its my phone is on its way which I'm still waiting on when and then its my phone has been delivered to johannesburg. I now want a full refund. No commnuication until I make the first move and its always we'll keep you updated which doesn't happen or its, my query has been sent to the relevant department. All in all there is no outcome of sense of urgency. I need my phone as I currently am sitting without one and now want a refund as I want no future dealings with takealot. They have failed on service delivery completely. Weeks ago I received confirmation about my refund and now I want it as per terms and conditions. I'd rather take my money elsewhere. Once again they have reverted my query as they put it. However no update on what's going on. Its been a month now yet NOTHING. I want my money back
