I have been making use of takealot for years.. And they have always delivered great service. For the very first time I am unhappy with the service.

I ordered a lifestyle leather square button block headboard. When It arrived it looked different from the pictures provided on the takealot site. But I was still will to keep it. Then I saw that some of the stitches is loose.

The next day I tried to call with no luck. I was advised by someone to do it online under return and exchange..

I was told that they wouls pick up the item by the 30th of September, they came but with a small vehicle and the headboard was to big for it. They came back the next day with the same vehicle. How come I don't know... If it didn't fit the first time, it sure won't fit the second time.

I have given takealot the time to sort this out and I finally received a message yesterday saying that it would be picked up today the 8th of October before 5pm.

I got home and the item is still standing in my living room. I need a new headboard asap.

There is no option to log this on the takealot site directly So I hope this will help me get to them.
