I abought a R 2 500 Smart watch, received it, opened the box, saw it was too big for my wrist, closed the box, asked to be refunded. They sent me pictures of a watch that had been badly damaged and said i cannot get a refund the watch had been used and damaged. I received the watch back and took my own pictures NOT A SCRATCH ON THE SCREEN. I sent them my pictures with theirs and asked where the damage is. There is no answer from my emails and I am out R 2 500 for something i cannot use. A mistake was made on their side and they passed the efup onto me. What a ******* these people are.
