Return

I'm so disappointed with the service I got from Take a lot bought a Stretch Tent Gazebo 5m x10m Nonwaterproofed on the 13th October return it on 10th November as per their policy return that you can return an item if had a change of mind within 30 days. The tent was sent to me wrapped in a plastic I have never open it because I wanted to buy poles for it but had a changed of mind and return it. When I return it the you didn't approved it but it was still wrapped the same way it was sent to me and I told them.... they said it has defect meaning when the tent was sent to me had defect because I have never open it.
