I have bought an electric/gas stove last in July 2024 then in December the oven stopped working, then when i checked through the ventilations line i could see an earth wire loose so i asked it to be picked up an looked at after they pick it up the delivery people damage one of the gas plate an put a dent on the side and after i get told the warranty is void because of me breaking the product
